Mega Vitamin D3 + K2 combines two fat-soluble vitamins in a high-dose formula. One tablet provides 125 µg of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol—equivalent to 5,000 IU—as well as 180 µg of vitamin K2 in the long-chain form menaquinone-7 (MK-7).
Among other things, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, the normal function of the immune system, and normal muscle function. It also contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin K complements the formula, contributing to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.
