What do we offer in our training support category?
An athlete needs a lot of energy for a demanding and strenuous day. A large amount of food is necessary to meet this increased demand through intense physical exertion. A lot of energy is also needed for stamina and strength during training sessions. Both endurance and strength must be trained and maintained through sensible and effective training. In addition to this training, good nutrition is essential, as our bodies need these nutrients to perform at their best. However, if you eat the wrong foods (wrong fats, sweets, etc.) or eat very little, you can expect muscle loss, severe fatigue during exercise, cramps, and a loss of stamina. Your diet should primarily be tailored to the sport you practice. Furthermore, your food intake must be optimized. Supplements are an important source of energy for athletes. These nutritional supplements can be taken before or after exercise. For the reasons just mentioned, energy and endurance products are a crucial component for athletes (regardless of their discipline) to achieve success and progress, as well as to build the desired muscle mass. Nutritional supplements can provide the necessary endurance and energy throughout the day. They are a complement to the nutrients absorbed through food.
There are essentially five advantages to energy and endurance products (usually taken as capsules):
- endurance during training sessions is increased
- Energy stores in the body are recharged
- many carbohydrates as an important nutrient for the day are supplied
- the metabolism is maintained
- make muscles grow
