SARM GW501516

What is SARM GW 501516 Cardarine?

SARM GW 50156 is a selective agonist of the so-called PPARδ receptors, meaning that receptors of this type are activated more strongly.
These receptors are responsible for regulating glucose and fat metabolism, which also means, among other things, that they are involved in the onset of fatigue during training sessions, which often manifests as muscle weakness.
It does not act on a hormonal basis. Therefore, it can be combined more easily than most prohormones with other substances to optimize training effects.

When taking SARM GW 50156, note that a daily dose of 20 mg is sufficient. The doses of this substance are the same for female and male users. Since the substance is in liquid form and does not need to be injected, it is relatively easy to take. Simply place the desired dose in your mouth and swallow it with a little water or juice.
Some athletes take the full 20 mg an hour before their workout.

Others divide it between morning and evening to achieve milder effects throughout the day.
The recommended daily dose for increasing endurance is 10 mg.
A dose of 20 mg is recommended for increasing fat burning.

Apart from reducing prediabetes and fat loss as positive effects, one might wonder whether SARM GW Cardarine has side effects.

The side effects of SARM GW Cardarine are comparable to those of drugs, so attention should be paid to the dosage and frequency of use.
There has been frequent speculation about cancer-causing side effects. This remained speculation, as none of the studies conducted to date have proven this claim to be true. Otherwise, users have not reported or observed any significant side effects to date. Muscle loss or breakdown, as occurs with ephedrine due to a lack of fat, has not been demonstrated so far.

Using Cardarine in sports and bodybuilding is acceptable as long as you do not compete under the influence of this substance.

If possible, the metabolites should have disappeared from the blood or urine before the doping test to avoid being disqualified from the competition for a positive doping test.

Pure, synthetic caffeine does exactly one thing: it blocks adenosine receptors and creates a wakefulness stimulus. What it does not do is control the quality of this wakefulness. This is precisely where the distinction between a stimulant and a nootropic begins.
